Bankruptcy Law Club
The Bankruptcy Law Club (BLC) was formed by a group of students having the same ideologies that is to address matters of interest in the area of bankruptcy law. The Bankruptcy Law Club aims to promote the study and provide students with practical knowledge of bankruptcy law.
The Bankruptcy Law Club offers opportunities for students to further their interest in bankruptcy law through educational programs about current bankruptcy discussions and policies. The Club networks with the professional community for support, guidance, and information regarding the bankruptcy practice arena.
The Club holds regular general body meetings, seminars, and hosts several social events that feature distinguished judges on current issues in the field of bankruptcy. The Bankruptcy Law Club hosts speakers programs throughout the year that brings prominent members of the field to the university. The Club main highlight is its annual symposium which features a panel of distinguished speaker lawyers who work in the field of bankruptcy law.
The Bankruptcy Law Club is an active participator in the annual national bankruptcy moot court competition and various student writing competitions. Conferences and speakers programs allow members to explore issues related to bankruptcy law and career opportunities within the field. The Club aims to put students in touch with law firms, corporations and regulatory agencies in this field.
